We have over 35 employees which means we can typically complete your job in less than 1 to 2 weeks.

We didn’t just survive in the space for this long, but we have been setting standards all along. We believe that we are here to give that extra care that people and their premises need. We are a family-owned, environmentally friendly, commercial cleaning company offering a range of commercial cleaning and facilities management services across USA

We work healthy and safety

Our story starts thousands of miles away in New Zealand, the birth place of our co-founder and Managing Director, Andrew Alleway. Having played a pivotal role in establishing one of New Zealand’s top commercial cleaning companies Andrew saw an opportunity to use the knowledge he had gained in the industry to offer something completely different within the UK commercial cleaning industry.

After many late-night conversations with his brother-in-law (our other co-founder and Operations Director, David Moncur) the two men found that they both shared a vision to create a locally operated environmentally friendly company.

Not only do we leave our customers with a clean and clear working environment we also help their business shine. We can do this because our dedicated and experienced HiLo Team go above and beyond to make sure they meet our customers’ individual needs, leaving their property tidy, green and clean.
